Chris went above and beyond. Always looking out for the Client’s best interest ensuring that our bills would not blow out. I was seeking legal advice on how to cancel a building contract, to ensure it would be covered under QBCC Home Warranty. I am happy to say that Chris ensured everything was completed correctly and efficiently. After speaking to several local solicitors, they gave us the opinion that they would be able to assist with our cancelation of building contract, only to provide them with all the information and be told they did not have the experience to proceed. Chris took the time out and really got to know my case first before ensuring he could help us out. I never got the opportunity to meet him face to face, but he was always approachable over the phone and email. I would recommend him, and if I have any further issues in the future, I would not hesitate to give him a call.
